Online and automated phone payment system down

Our online and automated phone payment process system has been down since 12/1/22. This is a back-office banking process that we do not have control over. We are waiting on our bank to correct the issue. We apologize for the inconvenience. We are hoping the issue will be resolved before the close of business today. We can process the payments manually over the phone while the system is down. However, the office will be closed at 5pm, Friday (12/2/22). Please call the office on Monday 8am-5pm (12/5/22) if you are unable to process your payment over the weekend. Thank your patience!
